About the Organization
The EPIK Project is a mobilization strategy designed to engage men in the fight to end the demand for prostituted kids in America. They do this by calling men to commit to volunteer. However, they use technology that you can learn more about by getting in contact with them.
EPIK helps provide a way to prevent trafficking in local and sustainable ways.
EPIK is located in Portland and partnered with the Portland Police Task Force. They have expanded this amazing projects to other states as well. In California, they have a project called EPIK LA, which is focused on initiatives in Los Angeles area. They also are launching Just.Men.Arizona which is a statewide collaboration that you can learn more about here.
How You Can Help
This battle CANNOT BE WON WITHOUT YOU! The experts agree that unless large numbers of Better Men rise up to end the demand for prostituted kids in America, the best we can hope for is to get good at treating victims and prosecuting their victimizers.
