About the Organization
Compassion First is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, providing long-term, hope-filled solutions for survivors of sexual exploitation.
Compassion First is dedicated to serving adult survivors of sex trafficking in Oregon. Our local efforts come after years of dedicated work in Indonesia and is the fulfillment of a long-held desire to serve locally.
It is our desire to work in a collaborative manner, focusing on the needs of the exploited and the vulnerable. With this goal in mind, we are currently collaborating with The Salvation Army, Sexual Assault Resources Center (SARC), and other authoritative local organizations to create a program in Portland that offers housing and aftercare services for adult survivors of trafficking.
