Because of the growing demand from churches and organziations for MTS trained facilitators, mentors and trainers, Mending the Soul is now offering a MTS Trainer Certification Training. This training is a three day event that will train those who are passionate about equipping others for ministry to the marginalized and have experience in small group facilitation, teaching, and/or counseling.
Prerequisites:
- Successfully completed MTS adult support group as a participant
- Read the Mending the Soul Facilitators Guide
- Attended MTS Basic Training
- Reviewed MTS Basic Training Videos
- Previously facilitated 2 or more MTS adult small support groups
- Provide letter of recommendation from pastor/ministry leader or MTS staff/leadership
