At Hope Matters 2015, you will learn the biblical response to safely mentor this vulnerable population and how to care for yourself in the process. All sessions are taught by professionals in the field.

The Biblical Response to Sexual Exploitation presented by Dr. Gary Tribbett, Co-founder and President, Compassion Connect Inc. and Abolition Now
Trauma Effects of Sexual Abuse and Exploitation presented by Kristin Williams, MA, QMHP, Mental Health Counselor and New Options for Women Program Coordinator at Lifeworks NW, Mending the Soul Facilitator
The Cost of Caring for Victims of Injustice presented by Pastor Christopher Coffman, River West Church, Door to Grace Board Member, and a member of the Mending the Soul Leadership Team
You will also be able to select from one of two practical application sessions: Mentoring At-Risk Youth presented by Shannon White, MA, Counselor, Living Wholehearted, Adjunct Professor at Multnomah University, and Mending the Soul Teen Facilitator; or Helping Women Heal with Pamela Lau, Speaker and Author, Adjunct Professor of Communications at George Fox University
Snacks, lunch, and materials will be provided.
Early registration is available until August 1st for $35. After that time, registration will be $45.
