Dress for Freedom is an annual spring event for teenage girls living in foster care and shelters in Portland. It serves as an outreach to connect with them at perhaps the most vulnerable time in their lives. They are pampered with makeovers, free formal dresses, and gift bags. During a catered luncheon, girls have a chance to learn about their worth and true beauty as women created in the image of God.
