Four years after releasing the first Protected Innocence Challenge state report cards grading the existing legislative frameworks of each state to encourage development of the laws establishing a framework of justice, protection and remedies for domestic minor sex trafficking victims, the nation has seen a surge in activity and improements in many area. This session will provide an overview of these actions that are leading to national change, and will ilustrate how coalition-led legislative advocacy has been used to drive the development of law.
