Who Should Come?
Educators, law enforcement, medical health providers, counselors, juvenile justice, youth leaders, faith and non-faith organizations, legal professionals, prevention/intervention specialists, Foster Care, School Resources Officers, community leaders, parents, child advocates, sexual assault/abuse worker.
Training Content:
- Become equipped to present the Deceptions program in any youth setting. Includes use of interactive video, PowerPoint presentation, and facilitated discussions.
- Additional training follows orientation for those interested in becoming school certified.
- Meet “Melissa” who shares her unimaginable story throughout Deceptions.
- Hear from local law enforcement about the current realities in the greater Bellingham area.
- You will be inspired, educated, empowered, and moved to take action to reach out to local youth!
