IRCO's Services Against Exploitation (SAE) provides survivor-centered, free, wrap-around support to survivors of all forms of human trafficking and meets them where they are in their journey toward stability and liberation. Our team of trauma-informed advocates and staff offer culturally and linguistically responsive case management, immigration legal counsel, immediate and long-term housing assistance, translation and interpretation services, participant assistance funds, and community referrals. We focus on meeting the needs of refugee, immigrant, and foreign-born survivors, but our doors are open to all survivors of trafficking throughout Oregon.
