About the Organization
Founded in 2010, the Guardian Group was created to confront the harsh reality of modern-day slavery, namely child sex slavery, to stop the problem at its source - the point of demand – and to assist in the discovery, identification, and intervention of minor victims of sexual exploitation.
Guardian Group is committed to an aggressive, comprehensive approach in “Bringing the Fight to Human Trafficking.” We focus on networks specifically involved in sex trafficking, with the intent to gain an offensive advantage against this problem. We are devoted to attacking the demand side of human trafficking through public-private partnerships and development, education and training, and community engagement.
We’ve also partnered with leaders in the Hospitality Industry to develop a one-of-a-kind training program to benefit the hospitality and travel industries. Our Guardian Seal® Training program will equip hotel owners, managers & staff to recognize trafficking and will provide a plan of action to actually do something about it.
