The Junior League of Portland’s Second Annual Delicates Drive begins on January 11, 2014, National Human Trafficking Awareness Day, and runs through February 11, 2014. We are collecting NEW undergarments for survivors of human trafficking. Often times their undergarments are taken as evidence when they are first rescued. The local organizations who provide immediate and long term care do not have the capability to supply these children with these essential itmes.
