Aftercare

After care programs attempt to address both the immediate and long- term needs of each victim of trauma. These services may include residential facilities, medial and mental health care, education, job training and economic development programs. After care or restoration programs work to help the victims of oppression to rebuild their lives and respond to the complex emotional and physical needs that are often the result of abuse.

A Village For One

A Village for One is currently fundraising to build a therapeutic residence where each child has a holistic plan of care. 

Adorned in Grace

Adorned in Grace raises awareness and provides funds to bring hope and healing to at-risk girls and victims of human tracking by repurposing and redesigning new and gently used bridal, formalwear and accessories.

Ambassador's Football Pacific Northwest

As part of the larger organization, Ambassadors Football, Ambassadors PNW works towards the transformation of individuals and communities through indigenous football outreach.  Ultimately, they would like to disciple believers, train football ministers, and reach people of the Pacific Northwest with the truth of the Gospel.

CARES Northwest

Founded in 1987, CARES Northwest is a community-based medical program for the assessment, treatment and prevention of child abuse  A collaboration of four of the region's leading health systems—Kaiser Permanente, Randall Children's Hospital at Legacy Emanuel, OHSU Doernbecher Children's Hospital and Providence Health and Services—the program provides  assessments of children, from birth to age 17, for whom there are concerns of sexual, physical or emotional abuse, neglect or exposure to domestic violence. Physical examinations and interviews are conducted in a comfortable, child-friendly environment to help children feel safe.

Children's Center

Children’s Center is a child abuse assessment and intervention center whose mission is to support and medically assess children who are suspected victims of abuse or neglect. 

Christian Trafficking Shelter Association: The Home Foundation

The Christian Trafficking Shelter Association (CTSA) was formed under The Home Foundation for the purpose of creating a best practices model to care for the victims of human trafficking here in the United States. It provides funding assistance to Christ-centered organizations who meet previously established standards of care.

Compassion First

Compassion First is a 501(c)(3) non-profit organization, providing long-term, hope-filled solutions for survivors of child sexual trafficking. We have a global vision, providing services to the world’s most vulnerable in one of the most under-served regions of the world. Compassion First’s primary operations are provided through Ruth’s House, the first full service aftercare facility for sexually trafficked girls in Indonesia.

Compassion2one

Compassion2one is a Seattle based non-profit organization involved in every part of the rescue process.  We firmly believe that something must be done in our own country to stop child sexual exploitation here.  We hold information sessions in local communities to increase awareness of the child abduction and sex trafficking that exists in the US, and we have launched the Certified Trainer Program to teach, train, and certify volunteers in local communities on how to take action toward a solution.

Divine Threads

Divine Threads weaves hope into women's lives through a Christ-centered approach to restoration.  We are a non-profit organization dedicated to providing disadvantaged women across the Northwest with clothing, job search support, and spiritual support.

 

Door to Grace

The vision of Door to Grace is to “restore life to children” rescued from sex trafficking in Oregon. Door to Grace was launched in 2009 as an initiative by one Portland-area church, but quickly grew as other churches and organizations learned about its vision. Door to Grace received its IRS tax-exempt status as of November 2009.  Door to Grace plans to establish protective shelter(s) and provide healing services to domestic minor sex trafficking victims in Oregon, primarily in the Willamette Valley, with a goal of rehabilitating the victims and restoring them to a full productive life in our communities.

FAAST is a Christian alliance working in collaboration to eradicate human trafficking and restore survivors.

Freedom's Breath

Freedom's Breath empowers domestic sex trafficking survivors to share their stories through music, poetry, writing, artworks of any kind - that gives a collective voice of trafficking in the US, creating the survivor- informed movement that changes the culture.

Girls Educational and Mentoring Services

The mission of the Girls Educational and Mentoring Services (GEMS) is to empower young women, ages 12-21, who have experienced commercial sexual exploitation and domestic trafficking to exit the commercial sex industry and develop to their full potential. 

Hope Ranch Ministries

Hope Ranch Ministries is a faith-based fellowship committed to providing safety, healing and hope for survivors of human trafficking and intensive sexual trauma. This ministry endeavors to provide a voice for those rendered mute by the horror of sexual exploitation. Every human being  is honored as a unique creation worthy of dignity and love.

House of Engedi

Founded 2012  in Oregon, House of Engedi provides a safe Christian home for adult survivors of human trafficking.
